1. Introduction
Accepire Techsol Pvt. Ltd ("We", "Us") takes your data sovereignty seriously. Unlike traditional platforms, we operate on a minimization principle: we only collect what is mathematically necessary to verify your transactions.
2. Data Collection
We collect the following classes of data:
- Telemetry Data: Server logs, API latency metrics, and error rates (Retained for 14 days).
- Account Data: Business email, billing address, and encrypted payment tokens (Retained indefinitely while active).
- Verification Artifacts: Images and weight data uploaded to AxiomFlow (Stored in cold storage for audit purposes for 5 years).
3. Zero-Knowledge Architecture
For sensitive supply chain data, we utilize Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKPs). This means we can verify a transaction occurred without ever seeing the underlying proprietary pricing or supplier identity.
4. Your Rights (GDPR)
Under European Law, you have the right to:
- Request a full export of your data in JSON format.
- Request the "Right to be Forgotten" (Permanent deletion).
- Object to algorithmic processing.

Terms of Engagement
Governing the use of the Accepire Platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing AxiomFlow, CuratoAI, or our API services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
2. Service Availability (SLA)
For Enterprise customers, we guarantee 99.99% uptime. Credits are issued for downtime exceeding 15 minutes per month, calculated on a sliding scale up to 100% of the monthly fee.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer the AxiomFlow ledger protocol.
- Use CuratoAI to generate spam, misinformation, or illegal content.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vuerability of our API endpoints (without prior authorization).
4. Intellectual Property
Accepire retains all rights to the underlying code, algorithms, and models. You retain full ownership of the data you input and the reports generated.
5. Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Accepire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Germany. The exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes is Jammu and Kashmir.
