How much does a typical project cost?
For eligible Azure spend of EUR 2,000+/month, the Audit route is assigned by spend: Savings Share at EUR 4,000+/month or EUR 499 Fixed Fee from EUR 2,000-3,999/month. Under 10% verified savings, no Audit fee is due. Planned Remediation starts from EUR 2,500, emergency triage from EUR 3,500, and Governance from EUR 600/month.
Do you work with startups or enterprises?
Both — what they share is an existing Azure environment that's become expensive, fragile, or hard to release safely.
We're based in UAE/KSA/Qatar. Can you actually deliver from Germany?
Yes, and with an advantage most European agencies don't have: we hold a valid Saudi Iqama and have delivered enterprise projects across GCC markets. Time zones, compliance context, procurement expectations - we've worked inside them, not around them.
What does fixed-scope delivery mean in practice?
