Book a 20-minute Azure review

Senior Azure cost and reliability review

Your Azure bill is bigger than your architecture requires.

We audit your environment in five business days and tell you exactly what is safe to change, what to leave alone, and what it is worth. Fixed fee. If we cannot find savings worth at least three times the fee, you pay nothing. How the guarantee is assessed.

For companies running EUR 10,000+ per month on Azure.

EUR 4,500, fixed. If we do not identify annualised savings worth at least three times the fee, you pay nothing.

What the Audit produces

Azure cost optimization as a ranked decision, not a list of generic recommendations.

Every finding is tied to a safe action, an owner, a risk note, and an annualised value estimate. You get a clear answer on what to change now, what to leave alone, and what needs more evidence.

The problem

A lower bill is not a useful outcome if the change creates a production incident.

01

Cost has drifted from workload

Capacity, storage, data, and commitments stay in place long after the reason for them disappears.

02

Risk is hidden inside the bill

Some expensive resources are carrying critical work. A dashboard cannot judge the consequence of a bad change.

03

No one owns the next decision

Findings sit in a backlog because there is no clear order, rollback view, or accountable route to implementation.

Asif Bhat

Founder-led delivery

The person reviewing the evidence stays accountable for the decision.

Asif Bhat leads the Audit and brings in named specialists only when the work requires a specific discipline. The delivery model is deliberately small: direct judgment, a written conclusion, and no junior hand-off.

MAGRID case summary

The grant was ending and the bill was about to become theirs.

Magrid was spending around EUR 4,500 a month. A resource-by-resource review with the CTO removed roughly EUR 3,000 a month without breaking production.

Magrid ran a smaller environment than our current Audit clients. It is here because of how the number was found, resource by resource with the person who knew the system, not because of its size.

Access and data handling

Read-only by default.

We request Reader and Cost Management Reader roles. We do not make changes during the Audit. If access cannot be granted, send a Cost Management CSV export instead.

Questions

Before you book.

What does the Audit cost?

EUR 4,500, fixed. If we do not identify annualised savings worth at least three times the fee, you pay nothing.

What access do you need?

We request Reader and Cost Management Reader access only. If access is not possible, we can work from a Cost Management CSV export and a short system walkthrough.

What happens after the five days?

You receive a ranked decision brief. If a change is worth making, we can scope Azure Remediation. If your team should make the change, the report gives them the order, risk, and expected value.

Who is not a fit?

The Audit is not for very small Azure bills, teams looking for a free estimate, or organisations that need somebody to make unapproved production changes. It is for a decision that needs senior engineering judgment.

How do you invoice EU companies?

Accepire Techsol Pvt. Ltd. is an Indian company. Work for clients outside India is invoiced as an export of services, so no Indian GST appears on your invoice. Invoices are in EUR and settled by international transfer. If you are a VAT registered business in the EU, you account for VAT yourself under the reverse charge mechanism. Send us your VAT ID and we will show it on the invoice. The EUR 4,500 Audit fee is the full amount we charge. We add nothing to it.

How do you invoice GCC companies (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar)?

The same way: an EUR invoice from Accepire Techsol Pvt. Ltd. (India), issued as an export of services, so no Indian GST appears and we charge no VAT. Where your country applies a reverse-charge VAT on imported services or a withholding tax, that is handled on your side under your local rules; your finance team can confirm what applies. The fee we quote is the full amount we charge.

Not a cost problem? We also take on stability and deployment work where an existing Azure or .NET system has become unreliable or hard to release.
