• Telemetry Data: Server logs, API latency metrics, and error rates (Retained for 14 days).
• Account Data: Business email, billing address, and encrypted payment tokens (Retained indefinitely while active).
• Verification Artifacts: Images and weight data uploaded to AxiomFlow (Stored in cold storage for audit purposes for 5 years).

3. Zero-Knowledge Architecture

For sensitive supply chain data, we utilize Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKPs). This means we can verify a transaction occurred without ever seeing the underlying proprietary pricing or supplier identity.

4. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under European Law, you have the right to:

• Request a full export of your data in JSON format.
• Request the "Right to be Forgotten" (Permanent deletion).
• Object to algorithmic processing.
