Information we receive
Enquiry details, business context, scheduling information, and technical or cost evidence you choose to provide. For an Audit, that can include read-only Azure information or a Cost Management export.
How we use it
We use information to qualify an enquiry, deliver the agreed work, communicate with named contacts, protect our systems, and comply with contractual or legal duties. We do not sell client data.
Access and sharing
Access is limited to people involved in the agreed work. Specialist involvement, any required processor, transfer, retention period, and confidentiality terms are documented in the engagement documents where applicable.
Your choices
You can ask about information held in relation to your enquiry or engagement, subject to contractual, legal, and security requirements. Use the contact form and identify the organisation and request.
Analytics and cookies
With your consent, this site uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity to understand how pages are used. These tools set cookies and, in Clarity's case, record anonymised session interactions. Nothing loads until you choose "Allow analytics" in the consent banner, and you can decline without losing any site functionality. Forms use EmailJS to deliver your message, and the booking calendar is provided by Calendly; each receives only what you submit to it.
Security
We use minimum necessary access for review work. Production changes are not part of an Audit. See the security practices page for the working defaults.
Legal details
Registered address, statutory identifiers, contact address, and any applicable insurance or data-processing particulars are supplied in the engagement documents rather than guessed on this page.
