Azure Managed Governance

Keep the Azure baseline you worked to create.

Azure environments change every month. New services arrive, ownership moves, configurations drift, and cost returns. Governance gives those changes a senior operating rhythm before they become the next emergency.

Typically EUR 2,500 to 5,000 per month depending on coverage hours and environment size. Confirmed in the proposal after we agree scope.

Cost

Monthly cost review

A written view of movement, anomalies, expected savings, and decisions that need an owner.

Reliability

Risk and drift review

Configuration, monitoring, backup, identity, and delivery signals reviewed against the agreed baseline.

Ownership

Visible operating decisions

A practical record of what changed, what was deferred, and who is responsible for the next action.

Service level and coverage

We define the response path before the monthly work begins.

Coverage hours

Coverage hours, named contacts, and the response target are stated in your proposal. Governance is not sold as unbounded emergency support.

Escalation

We maintain a named escalation route for operational risks. A live outage or blocked release is routed to the emergency path, not the regular monthly queue.

Out-of-scope work

Implementation, new projects, major incident response, and significant architecture changes are separately scoped as Remediation or a dedicated engagement.

Monthly record

Each month ends with the decisions made, risks remaining, changes proposed, and the next agreed priorities.

Data residency controls

Where GCC PDPL, NCA, data-residency, or client control requirements apply, they are tracked in the governance record and escalated before a risky change proceeds.

First operating cycle

A calendar your team can expect.

  1. Month 1

    Baseline and controls

Confirm the current baseline, budgets, alerts, ownership map, and priority risk register.

  2. Month 2

    Drift and decision review

Review cost movement, configuration drift, active findings, and the next approved action.

  3. Month 3

    Operating cadence

Deliver the first quarterly posture review and agree the ongoing rhythm for the environment.

  4. Ongoing

    Monthly governance

Repeat the cost, reliability, and ownership review with a visible decisions log.

Where it fits

Governance follows a responsible decision or a completed remediation.

It can begin after the Audit where the priority is clear, or after Remediation where the work has created a new baseline worth protecting.

Set the operating rhythm

Talk through your Azure baseline, coverage needs, and decisions that have been waiting.
