Terms
These site terms are a summary. The applicable agreement for a service is the engagement letter or statement of work issued by Accepire Techsol Pvt. Ltd. (India).
EUR 4,500, fixed. If we do not identify annualised savings worth at least three times the fee, you pay nothing. The agreed bill baseline, evidence available, assumptions, and the basis for the annualised estimate are recorded in the engagement letter.
Audit and Remediation scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and client responsibilities are agreed in writing. Material work outside the agreed scope requires a written change order.
An Audit is read-only. Implementation is a separate agreed engagement and follows the defined approval, validation, and rollback path.
Invoice details, payment timing, currency, tax treatment, and any applicable statutory details are stated in the engagement documents.
Confidentiality, liability limits, governing terms, insurance details, and dispute or escalation procedures are provided in the contract for the relevant engagement.
At the end of the agreed work, we provide the documented deliverables and handover described in the statement of work. You may implement recommendations with your own team.
